AM Elite Basketball Club is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information you provide to register athletes, manage team participation, and communicate important program updates.

Payment information is securely processed through our third-party payment provider and is used only to complete your transactions.

Personal information such as names, contact details, and addresses may be used to:

• Register players for teams, tournaments, and club activities
• Communicate schedules, events, and program updates
• Maintain internal records for team management

If you submit feedback, testimonials, or reviews, AM Elite Basketball Club reserves the right to use your first name, last initial, and state for promotional purposes (including website, social media, and marketing materials). If you prefer not to be quoted, please clearly state “do not quote me” when submitting your feedback.

Disclosure Exceptions

We may disclose personal information if required by law or necessary to:

• Comply with legal processes (court orders, subpoenas, etc.)
• Protect the rights and property of AM Elite Basketball Club
• Ensure the safety of players, families, or the public

Terms & Conditions

By registering your athlete or making a payment to AM Elite Basketball Club, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

You agree that:

• All payment information entered is accurate
• Sufficient funds are available at the time of payment
• AM Elite Basketball Club is not responsible for overdraft or insufficient fund fees

Payments are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

All fees related to team participation—including dues, tournament fees, uniforms, and travel—are the responsibility of the parent/guardian unless otherwise stated.

Club Participation Policy

• Players are expected to attend practices, games, and tournaments consistently
• Athletes must demonstrate respect toward coaches, teammates, officials, and facilities at all times
• AM Elite Basketball Club reserves the right to remove any player for misconduct, lack of commitment, or violation of team standards

Tournament & Travel Policy

• Participation in tournaments may require travel and additional costs
• Parents/guardians are responsible for transportation, lodging, and meals unless otherwise arranged
• Players are expected to represent AM Elite with professionalism at all events

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of AAU team commitments:

• All payments are non-refundable once a player has been placed on a team or a season has begun
• Deposits and team fees secure roster spots and tournament entries and therefore cannot be refunded
• Missed practices, games, or tournaments are not refundable

Exceptions

Refunds or credits may only be considered in limited situations such as:

• Season-ending injury (with documentation)
• Program cancellation by AM Elite Basketball Club

Any approved refunds or credits are issued at the sole discretion of AM Elite Basketball Club.
